Repairs
Within 60 days of receipt, if your Busy Bee Alchemy piece(s) needs basic repair or replacement we will assess the issue and repair it or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, an offer will be made for an item of equal value or a merchandise credit. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
After 60 days, repair charges may incur. Any associated costs will be discussed with you prior to work being done.
Send all repair requests to us including a detailed description of the issue, the original order number and a clear photograph of the issue.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unaltered pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery for a merchandise credit. A refund (minus shipping) will be considered at the discretion of Busy Bee Alchemy. The item must be accompanied by the original order number and reason for return.
All materials are purchased from suppliers around the world. I rely on their descriptions of the materials for accuracy and include such details in my listings where applicable.
I cannot accept returns or exchanges on pieces that have been resized or custom made/altered.
